• Turnaround time 4-6 weeks after artwork submission & approval
• After placing your order, please email your logo/s in .AI format to and let us know where you would like your logo placed on the garment. Once received, we will prepare a digital mock-up for your final approval
• Please note additional changes to digital mock-ups will incur an extra charge of $10 per design/mock-up
• If you require us to design artwork, redraw your logo or transfer it to .AI file, additional charges will apply (please enquire in writing)
• There are no cancellations or refunds on custom printed orders once they are placed online - changes to artwork however can be made prior to going into production
• Once the garments have commenced production, there may be no changes
• Custom printed uniforms are exempt from returns or exchanges, so please select your quantities and sizes carefully

Please note your order is not finalised and production will not commence until artwork has been approved - once received via email, we will review and get back to you with digital mock-ups for the final approval process. If there is an issue with your artwork file, we will advise accordingly.
